On Sunday the winelands call with a divine chocolate and wine pairing at Waterford Estate in Stellenbosch. End this delectable weekend with a long lunch at Bertus Basson’s Top Ten restaurant , Overture at Hidden Valley .  The view is incredible, the wines delicious and the food sublime.
